Book Becoming Art curators Maki Aizawa, Simon J. Blattner, and Barbara Wells. Maki Aizawa is a Japanese cultural producer and artist based in Sonoma. Simon J. Blattner is a Sonoma-based papermaker, curator, art collector, businessman, and community leader. Barbara Wells is an independent consultant who works primarily in the nonprofit sector and has worked with Simon for many years.
